- Go to the basket, if required, specify the contents of the order and click the "Place an order" button, after which you will be asked to enter the information required for ordering and confirm the accuracy of the entered information.
- Our manager will contact you by e-mail or by phone within a day after the order to confirm the order and agree on the delivery of the goods. After accepting the order, the goods are reserved within 3 days.

ОThe order shipment to the regions of Russia is carried out after receiving 100% prepayment for the goods and delivery, according to the invoice.

2. Pickup from a warehouse in Pskov
You can pick up the goods from our office by yourself or order the TC delivery after 100% prepayment and agreeing on the date and time of your arrival with our manager.

Payment Methods
The cost of goods on the site is indicated in Russian rubles. All payment transactions are made only in Russian rubles.

Payment can be made both from an organization by bank transfer on the basis of an invoice issued, and from an individual in a bank branch on the basis of an invoice issued.
After receiving the order, our manager will contact you to clarify information on the delivery of goods. To speed up the shipment process after payment you should send a copy of the payment order.
The following documents confirming payment will be delivered together with the goods to you: original invoice, invoice, consignment note.
